My recent stay was really delightful, as I enjoyed being just a quick stroll away from Playacar Beach and the nearby Xaman Ha Aviary where I could see beautiful wildlife. it's the ideal base for anyone who loves exploring parks and local attractions.

Rooms feel outdated and in need of renovation!!! The lack of a swim-up bar and long drink lines at the pool really detracted from the experience. Plastic loungers on the beach were uncomfortable, making relaxation harder!!!

my recent stay was fantastic, with easy access to Playacar Beach just a quick stroll away. The beautiful Xaman Ha Aviary nearby filled with stunning wildlife that fits right into my love for city walks and parks.

I had a lovely time, especially enjoying the calm adults-only zones and the beautiful beach. however, the food was sometimes underwhelming compared to what I expected.

My stay was a pleasant surprise, especially after my previous experience in playa del carmen. The beach views from my ocean front room were amazing, and the superb service from the spa staff, led by isabel and lidia, made it lovely. Enjoying the calm atmosphere in the adults-only section exceeded my expectations.

The spa was a lifesaver! Isabel and Lidia treated us like royalty, honestly, made me feel relaxed for the first time in forever.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience was tolerable.
